# Repay a position

1. Open **Instant Funds**.
2. Open your position and click **Repay USDT** (or **Repay USDC**).
3. Enter the amount you want to repay. You can also:
   * Click **25%**, **50%**, **75%**, or **100%** for a quick share.
   * Click **Max** to fill in the full outstanding amount.
   * Click the suggested amount next to **Make your position safe** to bring the risk level back to a safe range.
4. Click **Repay**, then click **Confirm**.

If your USDT or USDC balance isn't enough, click the **Deposit** notice at the top of the screen. You can top up by buying crypto, depositing from an external wallet, or converting another asset.

When you repay the full outstanding amount, the position closes, and your locked BTC is returned to your wallet.
