How to use GoMining Pay
About GoMining Pay
GoMining Pay is our own payment gateway for payments and transactions in the personal account.
With our payment gateway you can pay with GOMINING (BEP-20/ERC-20), USDT (BEP-20/ ERC-20/TRC-20), ETH and BTC.
GoMining Pay is available when you:
buy NFT on our NFT Marketplace
buy items in the GoMining Shop
top up your virtual wallet
transfer funds using Bridge
How to use GoMining Pay
Choose network
Choose the network of your wallet you are going to pay from. When you buy NFT, it's okey if the payment network and wallet address differ from the receiving ones.
To find out which network you need, go to your crypto wallet with the chosen currency and check its network.
2. Make the payment
There are to ways to make the payment:
Manually
Open your wallet with the network selected in the previous step. Then send the exact amount in one transaction to the address provided in the invoice. If you send funds via another protocol or send another amount, your transfer may not be credited.
Using Wallet Connect
Connect your wallet with the network selected in the previous step. Then sign up the transaction in your wallet. We'll notify if you have an insufficient balance or you've connected wallet in the wrong network.
There is also a network fee for both ways, please make sure you have enough funds to cover it.
3. Wait until payment is completed
Payment is completed as soon as we receive 5 confirmations from network, it usually takes up to 5 minutes. Just wait, there's nothing else you need to do.
You'll see the confirmation message when the payment is completed.
If you send less or more funds than required
If you send less than the required amount, you'll see a message about this with further instructions on how to send the remaining amout.
If you send more than the required amount, the overpayment is not refundable.

If you closed the payment page before sending the funds
If you have exited the payment page but still haven't sent the funds and want to resume the payment, there are two possible cases:
Sometimes the payment can be resumed, for example when you buy an NFT you have 1 hour to complete the payment. Usually the link to resume payment is in the payment history of the section where you make the purchase.
If there is no link to resume the payment, you need to initiate the payment again, for example when you buy GOMINING.
